Abstract

This paper examines the evolution of cyber warfare and its strategic implications for national security. It provides an overview of the historical development of cyber warfare, analyzes current trends, and explores the policy responses of major powers. The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative analysis of cyber incidents with quantitative data on cyber capabilities. The findings suggest that cyber warfare has transformed traditional military strategy, necessitating a reevaluation of defense policies and international cooperation frameworks.
